Landing in the US as an international student offers a unique set of challenges. How your students land is your university brand across the globe. Updates are shared regularly via What’s App, WeChat, blogs, and webinars organized by students for prospective ones in their networks. Their personal experience on your campus is a strong influencer for decision making among their peers. We build relationships and work with international students individually to build confidence and cultural agility.
In 2016, we began an initiative to coach both US and international students with branding strategies for their job searches and related resources. We work with US students in a similar way, emphasizing culture as a tool for working on global teams and defining the character, values, and personality of an organization.
